Backcountry Africa is an online retailer as well as distributor of bowhunting products and accessories. We are based in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Shipping & Payment:

Backcountry Africa will only ship orders within South African Borders.
*Please note: products ordered with backordered or pre-ordered items will only shipped once all of the order has been fulfilled
Shipping will take 5-7 working days to be delivered unless specified differently on the product. Some orders may take longer to deliver as the courier companies we use may consider your area to be in an outlying region.
We accept EFT's, Instant EFT's and online card payments. Orders will only be processed once payment has been received and has reflected.
If you are paying via an EFT please send the Proof of Payment to Sales@backcountryafrica.com and use your order number as the reference.

Returns & Warranties:

Backcountry Africa will accept returns if a product is faulty or is significantly different to what is described in the item description, or if the customer has selected the wrong size (for products that have a size variation option).
If an item is to be returned it must be returned in its original, sealed package and must be unused.
Consideration for returned items will be given as a full refund of the purchase price or as a credit Voucher, at the discretion of Backcountry Africa. Postage and handling costs will not be refunded, except in the case where Backcountry Africa has been grossly negligent.
All items carry the standard manufacturer warranty, A warranty claim will only be honoured if a product has failed due to a manufacturing fault. Normal wear and tear as well as negligence or improper use of a product/s will not be honoured.
